| FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS?
A: Yes, I do! However if the commission gets to over 50% of completion this window will no longer be open, you will also not receive the vroid model file after refunding!
Q: Can my model be deleted after refunding?
A: No, I will proceed to use the model for my portfolio! As you no longer own rights to the vroid model!
Q: Do I have to pay the full amount immediately?
A: A: Yes! You have to pay the full amount ($400 AUD) up-front! This just helps simplify things and helps me stay on track with payments etc!
Q: How long have you made vroid models for?
A: I have worked on vroid models for about two years now! The same time I started streaming too!
Q: How long does it take you to make models?
A: It can usually take me 2/3 weeks! But it could also take me a month MAX! It all depends on the complexity!
Q: Do I receive any WIP's?
A: Yes! I will update you anytime I've updated something on the model and/or progress! If I haven't gotten back to you yet, it's because I haven't made any new progress yet! I also stream my progress on Twitch as well! (with permission)
Q: Do you offer blendshapes for iphone tracking?
A: I do! I am however new to unity so i will require a little bit of patience as I'm still learning! :)
Q: How can I know when you have slots open or that your commissions are open?
A: My front page displays the current status on the home page, I update this immediately! And I only accept slots after I have received full payment!
Q: Do you have a type of style?
A: I do have a more "soft" type of style to my models however I try to be an artist that can try to get close to your reference art of choice! The more detailed the reference sheet, the more detailed the model will turn out!
Q: Can we have the vroid file, so we can edit the model ourselves afterwards?
A: Unfortunately I do not give out the vroid file, as it is an uncomfortable process for me as the artist. The only times I will accept this, is when I am doing revamp raffles or for very rare exceptions!
Q: Whats a good face/hand tracking application to use with the model?
A: I recommend using VSeeFace as it is a good face and hand tracking application to use your model with! (Requires a webcam 📷)
